Send the form, get a price by email

The form below is how to reach us. We reply by email to the address you give, with a price per person for your date and party, the pick-up window and what is included. Here is what to put in the form so the first reply can carry all of that.

How to reach us

Send the form at the bottom of this page, or on any page of the site; they all reach the same place. The five fields in the main part are enough to start: which trip, your name, your email, when you plan to travel and how many of you there are. The optional section takes the rest.

We reply by email to the address you give. If you have not heard from us, check your spam folder; replies to a new address sometimes land there. If you need to add something after sending, simply send the form again with the same email address and a note.

What makes the first reply useful

  • The trip: My Tho and Ben Tre, Cai Be, Can Tho over two days, or the private Ben Tre day. If you are unsure, say what you want from the day.
  • The date, and whether it can move. Weekdays are calmer on the road; a second date helps if a join-in departure is full.
  • How many of you, with ages of any children. This decides the vehicle and the boat jackets.
  • Join-in, private or undecided. Undecided is fine; we will price both.
  • Your hotel. Inside the central wards, join-in collection is simple; outside, we suggest a meeting point or price a private collection.
  • Anything that limits the day: mobility, a dislike of small boats, dietary needs, an evening flight.

If you have none of these yet, send what you have. A trip name and a date are enough to begin.

Examples of a good first message

  • "Two of us, Tuesday 8 December, My Tho and Ben Tre. Staying near Ben Thanh market. Join-in unless private is close in price."
  • "Family of five, children aged 6 and 9, private Ben Tre day in April. We would like to start at 07:00 and be back by 15:00. One of us does not eat seafood."
  • "Four friends, Can Tho over two days in January. We want the earliest boat at Cai Rang and a riverside room. Can we end in Can Tho instead of going back?"

Each of these lets us reply with a price and a pick-up window in the first answer.

What happens next

  1. We read your message and check the date: the join-in departure, or a vehicle, guide and boats for a private day.
  2. If something is unclear, we reply with questions first.
  3. We send a quote: price per person, pick-up window, vehicle, what is included and what is not.
  4. You confirm in writing. Payment details come on the written confirmation.
  5. Before the day we restate the pick-up window and, if there is one, the meeting point.

The how to book page covers changes, rain and holidays; the pricing page explains how a quote is built.

Questions we can answer before you book

You do not need to be ready to book to send the form. Questions we are often asked include whether a toddler will manage the boats, whether the Cai Be market will be there in March, how long the drive to Can Tho takes on a Saturday, or whether a private day for three costs much more than three join-in places. Ask; the answer comes by email.

Many answers are already on the site: join-in or private, pick-up and timing and when to go.

If your free day is close

Many people decide on a delta day once they are already in Ho Chi Minh City. If your date is in the next few days, put it in the first line of the note field, with your hotel name. We check the join-in departure or a private vehicle for that date first, and if we cannot confirm in time we say so plainly rather than leave you waiting for an answer that will not come.

Weekend and holiday dates fill first, both on join-in departures and for private vehicles. If you have a choice between a Saturday and a Tuesday, give both dates; the Tuesday is usually easier to confirm and calmer on the road.

If you are travelling on after the trip

If the Can Tho trip is part of a longer journey, tell us where you are going next. A private version can end in Can Tho instead of returning to Ho Chi Minh City, and we price it one way. Join-in departures return to the central wards only.

Payment safety and your data

Do not send card details in the form or by email. Payment instructions appear only on your written confirmation; if a message asks you to pay to an account that is not on it, do not pay, and ask us through the form. What the form collects and how it is used is set out in the privacy policy.

Before you pay

Check that the account and amount match your written confirmation. If anything differs, stop and ask us first.

Common questions

Questions travellers ask most

Is there a phone number or an office to visit?

Not on this site. We work by form and email, and everything about your trip is confirmed in writing.

Can I add a mobile number for the day of the trip?

Yes. The optional section of the form has a field for it; the guide uses it only to find you at pick-up.

Do you answer questions if I am not ready to book?

Yes. Send the form with your question in the notes.

How do I change something after I have sent the form?

Send the form again with the same email address and a note saying what has changed.
